Five services, à la carte. Pick what your district actually needs.
Five service lines covering K-12 family reunification: plan development, tabletop exercises and drills, staff training, plan audits, and post-incident support. Engage what you need. Pricing is quoted after a 30-minute discovery call.
We build a customized reunification plan tailored to your facilities, staffing, transportation realities, and community demographics. Engage this on its own, or as the foundation other services build on.
Written reunification plan (operations manual)
Site-specific reunification site selection and walkthrough
Family-Reunification-Card templates and accountability forms
Roles & responsibilities matrix (ICS-aligned)
Communications playbook (parent notifications, media holding statements)
Special-populations annex (students with IEPs, medical needs, ELL families)
Transportation and bus-evacuation reunification annex
Facilitated, scenario-driven exercises that pressure-test your plan, train staff, and surface gaps before a real event. Tabletop, functional, or full-scale, whatever your district has the capacity for.
Tabletop exercises (90 minutes to 4 hours)
Functional drills with role-players and partial activation
Full-scale exercises with law enforcement, fire/EMS, and parent volunteers
After-Action Reports (AAR) with prioritized improvement plan
HSEEP-aligned exercise documentation when required
Role-based training so every employee, from front-office staff to bus drivers to substitutes, knows their reunification responsibilities. Bookable as individual sessions or as an annual curriculum.
Administrator / Incident Commander training
Reunification team leader and runner training
Classroom teacher: Hold / Secure / Lockdown to Reunify
Front-office check-in / check-out and ID verification
For districts that already have a reunification plan, an independent review against current K-12 reunification practice and applicable state guidance. The deliverable is a written report your board can act on, not a verbal debrief.
Document review against your state requirements and current K-12 reunification practice
When the worst happens, schools and districts often need an outside, calm, experienced hand. Available as on-call advisory or on-site mobilization, depending on your engagement.
On-call incident advisory (retainer)
On-site reunification support during and after an incident
After-Action review and lessons-learned documentation
Single deliverable, fixed scope, fixed fee. Best when you know exactly what you need (a tabletop, an audit, a plan rewrite).
Annual partnership retainer
Plan maintenance, drills, training, and on-call advisory bundled into one annual scope. Best for districts that want reunification handled end-to-end.
Multi-district cooperative
Regional consortia, ESAs, and BOCES groups can pool services across member districts at cooperative pricing. Useful for small and rural districts.
Train-the-trainer
For districts that want to build internal capacity. We train your safety team to deliver staff training and run drills without us in the room.
Virtual and on-site hybrid
Most engagements mix on-site work (walkthroughs, exercises, training) with virtual sessions (planning meetings, drafting reviews). We tailor the mix to your travel budget.
A note on pricing
We don’t publish list prices. Every district has different size, geography, prior plans, and partner capacity, so a written scope and fixed fee follow a 30-minute discovery call. Consulting engagements are not billed hourly. If a smaller piece of work would serve you better than a full service, we’ll say so.
